We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an ozone generator at Ogoto Onsen Biwako Ryokusuitei. In recent years, the rising anti-smoking sentiment has led to an increasing demand for non-smoking rooms. After guests smoked in the rooms, we had been ventilating thoroughly and spraying deodorizing spray, but it was insufficient and led to complaints, which was a source of concern. Therefore, we introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400" and conducted a trial run in the chairman's office, which is frequented by heavy smokers.
