Eliminate waste of materials and contribute to weight reduction! We assist in reducing costs with advanced technology.
"Friction Stir Welding" is a technology that softens metals using frictional heat and joins them by applying pressure. It is suitable for joining dissimilar metals, and in our company, we use BAR materials in areas requiring high strength and pipe materials in the lower strength central parts. This reduces material waste and contributes to weight reduction. Additionally, our company also offers a technology called "Linear Friction Welding," which utilizes the frictional heat generated by rubbing the joining surfaces together. This technology eliminates the need for bolt fastening used in applications such as aircraft and flying cars, enabling weight reduction. 【Features】 ■ Approximately 30% weight reduction by weight ratio ■ Joint strength exceeding that of the base material ■ Suitable for joining dissimilar metals ■ Significant cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In the net manufacturing department, we produce net-making machines. We manufacture machines that cater to all types of nets, from fishing nets to various sports nets, including golf nets and soccer nets, as well as work nets used at construction sites. In the dedicated machinery department, we design and manufacture dedicated machines such as conveyors, assembly machines, and inspection machines tailored to customer specifications. We also perform parts processing based on customer drawings, so if you provide us with your drawings, we can give you a quote. In the valve and shaft department, we handle industrial valves made primarily from materials such as malleable iron, ductile iron, and cast steel. We process and assemble check valves, ball valves, and gate valves. Additionally, we manufacture major motor shafts, as well as friction-welded shafts and pressure-welded shafts. We also process and manufacture shafts with unique shapes based on consultations with customers. In other parts processing, we manufacture parts according to customer drawings.
