We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an ozone generator at the accommodation "Kojin no Yado - Sanpo-sama." This inn operates in the lodging industry, including dining, and had previously owned air purifiers in each room for deodorization, as well as ozone generators from other companies for particularly odorous rooms. However, due to the aging of the generators, their effectiveness had diminished, and in recent years, there had been an increase in customer feedback and complaints. We tried various deodorants, but saw no results, so we searched online and came across the "Ozone Cluster 1400," which we decided to implement.
