Our company has traditionally welded steel materials that have undergone post-processing heat treatment. However, we have achieved the ability to manufacture (cast) the sliding part and the shaft part as a single unit, resulting in slimness and lightweight through increased strength. FCD800 and FCD900 can be produced as cast (as-cast) without heat treatment. Utilizing the excellent properties of ductile cast iron (spheroidal graphite cast iron), we propose various material and shape options that lead to various VE and VA suggestions, including switching materials from heat treatment-free, improved machinability steel (forged products).
