Resistance welding machines can instantly repair pinholes and scratches that occur on iron-based metals! After polishing, the finish is so clean that identification becomes difficult!
We have newly published examples of pinhole repairs for FC200, SS400, and SUS304. The machine "Pinhole Inlay," which can repair small pinholes, can be used on iron-based metals and can also repair thin plates if they are 3-4mm thick or more. Regarding FC200 (cast iron), there is a change in color tone after repair, but otherwise, the repair marks become indistinguishable. 【Work Procedure】 (1) Clean and enlarge the nests and scratches in the material using a center punch or similar tool. (2) Place the starlet and perform fusion filling with this machine. (3) Finish with a grinder or similar tool. (4) Complete the fusion filling. *Please download the PDF document to view the examples.
