The RV series "RVN" is an autoclave (reactor). It uses a sealing method with metal gaskets and bolts. It employs a delta gasket that excels in economy and airtightness, allowing for repeated use of the gasket. Tightening work is made easy by using the included torque wrench, which facilitates torque management. ■ The standard capacity ranges from 30 milliliters to 1 liter. The design capacities include 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, 600ml, 700ml, 800ml, 900ml, and 1L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). Additionally, PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available.
