The 【OV Series】 'OVN' is an autoclave (reactor) that uses a sealing method with O-rings and bolts. It employs a special FFKM that excels in chemical and heat resistance, allowing for O-ring specifications up to 300°C. Due to its self-sealing design, tightening the bolts is also easy. ■ It is standardly available in capacities ranging from 5 milliliters to 2 liters. The design capacities include 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, 600ml, 700ml, 800ml, 900ml, 1L, 1.5L, and 2L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy 59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). Additionally, PTFE, PEEK inner linings, and fluoropolymer coatings are also available.
