The [OVL Series] 'OVTL/UN' is a stationary autoclave unit. It uses a sealing method with O-rings and bolts. Due to its self-sealing feature, the tightening of bolts is also easy. ■ It is standardly available in capacities ranging from 3.5 liters to 20 liters. The design capacities include 3.5L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials can include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702), PTFE, PEEK inner, and fluororesin coatings are also available. ■ The design pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity. Typical design pressures are 1MPa, 2MPa, 3.3MPa, 4MPa, and 5.5MPa. ■ The design temperature varies depending on the reactor capacity. Typical design temperatures are 200℃, 215℃, 235℃, 250℃, and 270℃.
