Vertical machining on a flat surface allows for machining from above while comparing with the design drawings!
The machining process we perform is vertical machining on a flat surface. The material is fixed on the bed, and the spindle comes down from above to perform the machining. Since we are cutting from above, we can compare the workpiece with the design drawings while machining. This makes it less likely to make mistakes such as "cutting areas that shouldn't be cut" or "forgetting to cut areas that should be cut." Machining is often done as a secondary process after milling. For casting machining, please leave everything to our company, which also performs milling.
