【Operating Procedure】 1. Place the sample against a bright background. If necessary, use backlighting to eliminate shadows and reflections. 2. Execute the analysis. 3. Adjust the settings according to quality control requirements and save the settings to a template for later use/recall. Execute a new analysis if needed. 4. The analysis calculates the average, median, and standard deviation of the length and width of all identified shapes, and creates a graph of the results. The analysis also includes the count of samples within the reported range and the total of all counted samples. 5. Clicking on an object displays its measurements and excludes it from the analysis. 6.
