The Thomson blade (Vick blade) was primarily developed for processing cardboard and paperboard, but it is now widely used for industrial applications. At Sekiguchi Manufacturing, we create "molds (blade molds)" by bending and embedding shaped blades into steel plates and aluminum plates. This mold is set in a press machine, allowing processing by placing the material to be processed onto the die plate.
