The 2438 series microwave power meter consists of a microwave power meter host and a series of microwave power sensors. With a newly designed wideband diode detector, it incorporates digital signal processing technology and multidimensional calibration compensation technology, enabling the device to have a wide frequency range, broad dynamic range, high precision, fast measurement and analysis, and serialization of sensors. It is primarily used for measuring and calibrating the average power, peak power, and pulse envelope power of microwave signals. It is an essential measuring instrument for research and development, manufacturing, acceptance, and maintenance in fields such as radar, electronic countermeasures, and communications.

In peak measurement mode, by setting the time base, it can automatically measure and analyze over 10 types of microwave/mm-wave pulse modulation signal pulse envelope parameters such as peak power, pulse power, average power, overshoot, rise time, fall time, upper amplitude, lower amplitude, pulse width, pulse period, duty cycle, off time, and pulse repetition frequency.
