WT2525-K
Do you have any issues with transporting building materials? We will introduce examples of using plastic modular chains.
■Adoption Case Building Material Conveyance ■Introduction Chain Plastic Modular Chain WT2525-K Type ■Adoption Points 1. Labor Saving By adopting the plastic modular chain, it is possible to reduce labor by eliminating the need for manual conveyance. 2. Direct Conveyance of Building Materials The wide conveying surface and high tension of the plastic modular chain allow for direct conveyance without the need for pallets, enabling transport without concerns about load shifting or vibrations. 3. Bidirectional Operation Using the plastic modular chain allows for low-profile and compact bidirectional operation. 【WT2525-K Type (Closed Type)】 - Chain width: 76.2mm (can be amplified every 76.2mm) - Chain pitch: 25.4mm - The surface of the chain has a gentle convex shape, which prevents slipping by allowing stacked heavy sheets to slightly embed into the convex shape of the surface. - The back of the chain is processed with an R shape, making it easy to wrap around a Φ50 round bar. By installing it at the end of the conveyor, it is possible to reduce the transfer space between conveyors.

Our company, as a member of the Tsubakimoto Chain Group, is dedicated to providing solutions that meet our customers' needs, focusing our business on three main pillars: chains, precision machinery products, and conveyor systems. In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. In recent years, driven by energy conservation and cost reduction, engineering plastic chains have become widespread in various applications that replace traditional conveyor systems, with increasing demand not only domestically but also internationally. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013. We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support and ask for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future.
