In the first year of the Heisei era, our company established a technology center as the first domestic drum can manufacturer, and we have continued to this day. Recently, the majority of drum can destinations are for chemical products, with others for petroleum, paints, and food products. As the industrial sector becomes more advanced and diversified, a wide variety of new chemical products continue to emerge, leading to increasingly stringent and high-quality requirements for drum cans, which serve as representative containers for their storage. It is essential to actively promote technological development related to drum cans in response to this situation, which is precisely the mission of the technology center. The contents filled in drum cans are evolving and changing daily, and every time a customer develops a new product, there are inquiries regarding the optimal specifications for drum cans. Our technology center conducts various tests while utilizing data rooted in our long history of experience to respond appropriately. Additionally, we provide the technical data and analysis that customers require. These activities constitute our customer satisfaction (CS) efforts, and through many years of implementation, we have strengthened our collaboration with drum can users.
