Significantly reduce development time! Not only can you confirm shapes, but also implement parts, perform threading, and apply painting treatments.
3D printers are widely used for prototyping, such as verifying designs and functionalities before product manufacturing. Design → 3D printers can create three-dimensional models for immediate verification. The material is acrylic-based with a translucent finish, allowing for shape confirmation, component implementation, threading, and even painting processes. Our company is here to assist with development, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ Design → Immediate verification by creating three-dimensional models with a 3D printer ■ Compatible with silicone ■ Items that could only be confirmed on a computer screen can be modeled relatively quickly ■ There are methods using thermoplastic resins and methods using light-curing resins *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At Asakura Manufacturing, we have been creating various industrial products for 67 years, starting as a certified manufacturer of telecommunications line products for NTT, and expanding to mass production of ABS and PC products for Canon and Olympus, as well as comprehensive manufacturing from molded products for NTT's telephones and emergency phones on highways to circuit board creation. In 2012, with the introduction of a 3D printer from Keyence, we began developing and supporting the creation of prototypes, transforming our molding operations into a company capable of handling everything from development to mass production, focusing primarily on injection molding of rigid and flexible PVC, which we have handled since our founding. As a result, by utilizing high-resolution 3D printers to create acrylic or silicone materials, we have significantly shortened development periods, reduced costs, and improved quality by allowing for shape verification during the development stage. This has also been used as a communication tool during sales, meetings, and presentations. Additionally, believing that speed is crucial in development, we respond quickly from the exchange of drawings to the delivery of molded products, with delivery records from Kyushu to Hokkaido.
