This is an easy-to-use mass-produced food dryer that automatically controls temperature and displacement to produce clean, dried products. (DDS: Equipped with two control systems for wet and dry bulbs) It is also used for drying shiitake mushrooms. Its high energy-saving performance in shiitake drying has been recognized, earning it the "Excellent Energy-Saving Equipment Award," making it the first and only of its kind in the country as a hot air dryer. We offer three types that can accommodate 15, 30, or 60 trays measuring 600×1200 mm. It is available at a reasonable price and is used by many customers.
