A new generation of impedance testers successfully developed using advanced automatic balance bridge principles.
The TH2851 series impedance analyzer completely surpasses the 120MHz frequency bottleneck of similar devices from other companies and resolves the defect of being able to analyze only without the ability to test individually. The two interfaces for testing and analysis make testing easier. Thanks to advanced automatic balance bridge technology, it guarantees a basic accuracy of 0.08% over a frequency range of 10Hz to 130MHz. With a fast testing speed of 5ms and an impedance testing range of 1GΩ, it can meet the measurement requirements for components and materials. This is particularly useful for measuring low-loss (D) capacitors and high-quality factor (Q) inductors. The 4-terminal pair port configuration can effectively eliminate the effects of electromagnetic coupling in the test lines, and the lower limit of the low impedance testing capability has been extended to ten times lower compared to conventional 5-terminal configuration devices.
