The welding can be corner welds or complete penetration welds with K-shaped grooves, depending on the structural design. Welding distortion is corrected by air cooling or water cooling after heating. Stainless steel is often used in its raw form without painting, so we sometimes receive inquiries like this. The product this time had relatively noticeable machining marks, but we were able to hide the overall scratches by taking the time to sandblast it. Blurring the scratches takes time, but it can lead to uneven application, so we repeatedly check to ensure that the aesthetics do not worsen.
