basic information
**Features** - Contains three types of metals: zinc, tin, and aluminum, and despite having a film thickness of 5 microns, it boasts high corrosion resistance with no rust occurring even after 2000 hours in a unique salt spray test, achieving an excellent adhesive film. The coating is flat and smooth, allowing for smooth fitting of bolts, nuts, etc., and reducing damage to the coating during screwing. - Generally, during surface treatment processes such as pickling or electroplating, hydrogen is absorbed into the steel, causing hydrogen embrittlement. This treatment does not cause hydrogen embrittlement, making it suitable for high-strength bolts and high-carbon steel materials. - No harmful substances listed in the RoHS Directive, including hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, and mercury, are used at all, and it complies with REACH regulations, making it an environmentally friendly treatment. **Specifications** **Process**: Pre-treatment → 1st coat → Baking treatment → 2nd coat → Baking treatment **Treatment Method** - Dipping treatment *For spray treatment, the maximum processable dimension is up to 600 mm square.* (For details, please refer to the inquiry or catalog.)
