*Quickly resolve issues related to blood stains (blood) on boxes and packaging materials! * We provide high-precision testing using forensic science and DNA, as well as easy-to-use testing kits.
【Blood Stain (Blood Detection Test)】 Stains or marks attached to an object are tested to determine whether they are human blood, as well as the gender and blood type. ◆ Human Blood Stain Identification Test Using methods similar to those employed by scientific investigation laboratories (Leucomalachite Green method, Immunochromatography method), we test whether the stain is human blood. ◆ Gender DNA Typing Test Through DNA analysis, we determine whether the sample originates from a male or female. ◆ ABO Blood Type DNA Test Using DNA analysis, we determine the blood genetic type of the sample. *We will report which of the following six types it belongs to. ≪ Blood Genetic Types ≫ ・Type A → AA type, AO type ・Type B → BB type, BO type ・Type O → OO type ・Type AB → AB type 【Testing Kit: Foreign Substance Identification Group (Blood Stain Identification Reagent)】 No darkroom needed! A simple test to see if the color changes when the reagent is applied determines whether the stain is blood. We use the "Leucomalachite Green method," which has fewer misidentifications than the luminol test.

basic information
◆Leuco Malachite Green Method This method utilizes the reaction in which oxygen released from hydrogen peroxide is oxidized by the catalytic action of hemoglobin present in the blood, converting colorless leuco malachite green into green malachite green. ◆Immunochromatography Method This method takes advantage of the fact that hemoglobin in the blood is captured by anti-human hemoglobin mouse antibodies. ◆DNA Analysis (Gender) By analyzing genetic regions used in forensic examinations, we determine whether the sample originates from a male or female. ◆DNA Analysis (ABO Blood Type DNA Test) There are six known base substitutions that constitute each blood type's base sequence. By analyzing these combinations, we determine the genotype. *Regarding the Luminol Test Reliable testing institutions, including forensic laboratories, do not perform luminol tests on visible blood stains. This is because the "luminol test" is intended to infer blood stains that have become invisible due to wiping or other treatments. Conducting a luminol test on visible stains increases the risk of obstructing formal forensic examinations and DNA analyses, leading to incorrect results.

Company information
Our company has achieved one of the top records and evaluations in Japan for contract testing services, including DNA testing, but we are not a so-called food inspection agency. What we truly aim for is to "provide new value to the world and contribute to society." Since our establishment in 1997, we have adhered to the mission of "turning the invisible into something valuable," focusing on the development of unique technologies and offering products and services that are unparalleled. Even after a quarter of a century since our founding, we continue to expand our business with a broad perspective, establishing diverse testing technologies, developing original products such as testing reagents and kits, and fostering talent through training and e-learning, all while not being constrained by established concepts.
