<What is the Upcon Method> In existing concrete floors that have experienced subsidence, steps, tilting, or gaps, small holes with a diameter of 16mm are drilled, and while constantly monitoring the level in millimeter increments, polyurethane resin is injected. The polyurethane resin injected beneath the floor compresses and strengthens the ground with pressure that causes it to foam in a short time. Additionally, while improving the bearing capacity of the ground, it lifts the existing concrete floor back to a level position. The final strength of the resin develops in about 60 minutes. Furthermore, if gaps have formed beneath the floor, they can be filled using the same method. (Since the polyurethane can lift the floor with a foaming pressure of up to 10 tons per square meter, there is no need to move heavy store fixtures such as product racks.) *Results may vary depending on the situation.
