This event serves as a platform for sharing challenges and initiatives related to human resource development in Vietnam, facilitating exchanges between industry, academia, and government, and providing opportunities for information sharing and discussions based on various perspectives through presentations. This time, the broadcast was conducted in a webinar format using Teams, connecting the local venue in Vietnam to a venue in Japan, with 456 participants joining.
