It also automatically compensates for gravitational loads, allowing for consistent polishing/grinding at the set contact force. This technology can increase the speed of the device or robot's trajectory, thereby enhancing processing speed and improving cycle time. Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the ability to control the contact pressure through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself means that there is no need to move the heavy robot arm for corrections, which further assists in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, since it automatically compensates for tool load changes due to gravity depending on the robot's angle, it maintains a uniform contact pressure from any angle, enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
