Excellent fluorescent sensitivity and high-speed operation.
The Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer achieves excellent sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and fast operation by incorporating a xenon flash lamp. It can measure the light emitted by samples in four different modes. Thanks to xenon lamp technology, it captures data points every 12.5 ms and performs scans at a speed of 24,000 nm/min without changing peaks. The Cary Eclipse is the only spectrophotometer equipped with a fluorescence chamber light resistance feature. With the optional microplate reader, a full wavelength scan of 384 samples can be achieved.

basic information
Four capture modes: fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemiluminescence/bioluminescence, time-resolved phosphorescence. Modular software: The bioversion for life sciences and pharmaceutical applications automates analysis, catering to both inexperienced and experienced users. High sensitivity: Enhanced detection up to 900 nm with a red-sensitive photomultiplier tube. Small sample volume: Can measure small amounts of fluorescein concentration in the picomolar range (<0.5 mL) as well as large irregular samples. High-speed operation: Scans at a speed of 24,000 nm/min without fluctuating peaks using xenon flash lamp technology. In steady-state fluorescence mode, it captures up to 80 points per second. Rapid response: With high-speed mixing accessories, measurements can be taken in 1 to 2 seconds. Fluorescence room light resistance feature: The front and top panels can be removed for easy handling of samples and quick attachment of large accessories.
