[Processing Example] Selection of manufacturing method suitable for a 0.2mm deep draw with a laminated mold and tolerances.
Introduction of a case where a hole diameter tolerance of ±0.015 was achieved solely through laser processing!
We would like to introduce a case of sheet metal processing parts where we successfully reduced costs by selecting a manufacturing method suitable for the required tolerances. There was a circular drawing process with a height of 0.2mm at the center, which required the production of a dedicated mold. In this instance, due to the short delivery time and small quantity, as well as the relaxed precision requirements for the drawn part, we processed using a laminated mold. The "laminated mold" is created by stacking and combining sheets cut by laser to be used as a mold. It is a simple method within "simple molds" that allows for quick production. Depending on the combination, various processing can be done, and initial costs can be kept low. 【Overview】 ■ Material: SUS304CSP-3/4H ■ Size: 25×20×5mm ■ Plate thickness: t0.3 ■ Precision: ±0.015 ■ Quantity: 20 ■ Delivery time: 7 days *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

At Nishino Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd., we have a wide range of equipment and systems that can handle both sheet metal and press processing, as well as machining such as lathes and machining centers, allowing us to comprehensively meet all customer requests for prototypes and parts processing. We also manufacture dedicated molds and tools necessary for processing prototypes and products requested by customers, such as bending molds, punching molds, and drawing molds, in-house. This eliminates the need to outsource mold production, enabling us to achieve shorter lead times for processing. Additionally, we can quickly make creative adjustments, fine-tuning, and improvements to molds in-house, which significantly enhances the quality and precision of the finished products. We cover both sheet metal and press processing as well as machining within a single company, leveraging our uniquely developed processing technologies and know-how to challenge ourselves daily with the processing of fine, miniature parts and difficult materials.
