The multi-step cutting edge (up to 6 steps) HSS drill "Step Power Drill" allows for processing with minimal burrs and good hole accuracy without the need for positioning drills. It is ideal for hole processing in hollow structures such as thin plates and pipes. The tip shape, which has high positioning performance, eliminates the need for spotting drills. The multi-step cutting edge, with a maximum of 6 steps, reduces thrust resistance, requiring less force. It suppresses burr generation and enables high roundness in hole processing. It features a three-flat shank to prevent slipping in the chuck. It can be widely used with hand drills, as well as with bench drills and CNC machines.
