ASP2005 is a non-cobalt powder high-speed steel used at a hardness of approximately HRC 60-64. Although this material is a powder high-speed steel, it is designed with a focus on toughness, making it unsuitable for cutting tools. We recommend considering it for cold processing applications, primarily for press molds, such as fine blanking, powder molding, coining, and punching presses.
