Smoothly manageable! A case where bending was possible without touching the bar ring.
We received Super Dyma (high corrosion-resistant coated steel plate) from our customer and would like to introduce a case of the brackets we manufactured. The key points of this product are the "tall M6 bushings" and the "90° bend close to the bushing." There are four M6 bushings, and we were instructed to have at least three effective threads. To meet this requirement, it was necessary to achieve a height of more than 2.5 times the plate thickness. Based on past performance, we created a simple mold according to the designed values, but we were unable to satisfy the height requirement. Therefore, we remade the mold, reducing the size of the female mold and thinning the plate to secure the height. 【Overview】 ■ Material: Super Dyma ■ Size: 118×115mm ■ Plate thickness: t1.2 ■ Accuracy: ±0.05 ■ Quantity: 35 ■ Delivery time: 10 days *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
