Aqua Blaster
By changing the aeration pipes of all tanks from the adjustment tank to the aeration tank to Aqua Blasters, we achieved stabilization of the sedimentation tank even under sustained high temperatures exceeding 35°C!
At a tofu and soy milk factory in Shizuoka Prefecture, simply changing the aeration device in the first aeration tank from a membrane type to an Aqua Blaster resulted in a 39% reduction in sludge, leading to the shutdown of one blower. As a result, at this factory in Tokushima, the aeration devices in all water tanks, from the adjustment tank to the aeration tanks, were changed to Aqua Blasters. Completed at the end of July, despite several days exceeding 35°C, the system remained stable and was able to maintain the sedimentation tank in the condition shown in the photo. At this site, they also succeeded in reducing the inverter frequency of the auxiliary blower to 25Hz. It is planned that this blower will eventually be shut down as well.
