The device supplies material from the elevator to the hopper above the upper rotary valve, and through a vibrated mesh plate (4 or 5 mesh), the material falls without clumping into the sterilization pipe (steel pipe size 125A) where sterilization treatment is performed. The processing capacity depends on the bulk density of the material, with a processing capacity of 200 to 300 kg/hr for low bulk density raw materials like rice bran (0.4 to 0.5). For high bulk density grains (1 or more), a processing capacity of 500 kg/hr can be expected.
