The Bourns Mini Breaker SC Series is a product suitable for protecting battery cells and USB power delivery. When overheating occurs, the bimetal opens and interrupts the current, while the PTC maintains the open state until the power is cut and the temperature drops to a safe level. This operation prevents chattering and improves product lifespan compared to standard bimetal products by reducing contact wear. - Surface mount type - Reusable - Overheating and overcurrent protection - Lineup with trip temperatures ranging from 72 to 85°C - The height of "SCxxAAB" is only 0.94mm ± 0.05mm (two height options) - Since its release, there have been zero reported issues in the market as of March 2022.
