[Processing Example] High precision with a laser processing machine dedicated to thin plates.
Supports hole pitch ±0.03mm! This eliminates the need for manual finishing processes, leading to cost reduction.
Here is an example of a sheet metal part made from SUS304CP. We have bent small parts measuring less than 20mm into a U-shape. Despite the thickness of 1.0mm and the dimensions related to the bending area, there was a tolerance requirement of “±0.05”. By conducting test machining, we meet the dimensional tolerance of “±0.05”. Furthermore, for the U-shaped long holes with a tolerance of “±0.015”, we use laser processing. By performing blank processing with a high-precision fiber laser cutting machine dedicated to thin sheets, we finish precision holes without the need for processes like reaming or milling. This allows us to eliminate manual finishing processes even for products with tolerance requirements of less than “±0.1”, leading to cost reductions. 【Overview】 ■Material: SUS304CP ■Size: 7.6×6.0×20.0mm ■Thickness: t1.0 ■Precision: ±0.1 ■Quantity: 60 ■Delivery time: 4 days *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

At Nishino Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd., we have a wide range of equipment and systems that can handle both sheet metal and press processing, as well as machining such as lathes and machining centers, allowing us to comprehensively meet all customer requests for prototypes and parts processing. We also manufacture dedicated molds and tools necessary for processing prototypes and products requested by customers, such as bending molds, punching molds, and drawing molds, in-house. This eliminates the need to outsource mold production, enabling us to achieve shorter lead times for processing. Additionally, we can quickly make creative adjustments, fine-tuning, and improvements to molds in-house, which significantly enhances the quality and precision of the finished products. We cover both sheet metal and press processing as well as machining within a single company, leveraging our uniquely developed processing technologies and know-how to challenge ourselves daily with the processing of fine, miniature parts and difficult materials.
