"EXPEEK" is a biaxially oriented PEEK film that combines heat resistance and transparency. Through biaxial stretching, we have successfully enhanced the interaction between molecular chains. As a result, the mechanical strength has improved compared to conventional PEEK films. While it was previously considered difficult to achieve both heat resistance and transparency with conventional PEEK films, this product has succeeded in balancing both, enabling applications that could not use transparent films like PET due to insufficient heat resistance. 【Features】 ■ High heat resistance: Melting point 343°C, Tg (TMA) 320°C ■ High transparency: Total light transmittance 83%, haze 4%, UV transmission above 370nm ■ Low water absorption: 0.07% ■ Low dielectric: Relative permittivity 3.07 (10GHz), dielectric loss tangent 0.003 (10GHz) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
