As a result of switching to the Aqua Blaster, BOD was reduced by over 30% on a weighted average! Poor sedimentation has been resolved, allowing for stable discharge without the need for chemical dosing.
To prevent foul odors and enhance processing capacity in the adjustment tank, the existing aeration device was replaced with an Aqua Blaster, resulting in a reduction of BOD by over 30% based on the weighted average. Additionally, previously, chemical dosing was performed due to poor sedimentation in the final settling tank, but since the sedimentation issues have been resolved, stable discharge can now be achieved without chemical dosing. Notably, customers are very satisfied that even during increased production or incidents of sudden inflow of high-concentration wastewater, the system can handle it without any issues. This has led to the special adoption of pre-treatment in related factories.
