A completely sealed slide gate valve that prevents leakage of contents and odors, allowing for arbitrary installation in any orientation without restrictions.
In the closure of piping using a slide gate, the scattering of leaked contents along with the exposed valve plate can cause many problems, such as odors, environmental pollution, and the hassle of cleaning. To address this, while it is relatively easy to make the valve itself a sealed structure, it is not straightforward to suppress leakage at the sliding parts between the drive mechanism for opening and closing the valve body and the internal valve body. Furthermore, we are developing a slide gate valve that has a sealed structure to prevent leakage and clogging of the piping, while also being capable of installation in any orientation and direction, incorporating features to suppress the entrapment of foreign objects in the piping and to prevent the accumulation of fine contents.
