In August 2012, we established a wholly-owned corporation, "Jiaxing Takashima Hardware Co., Ltd." in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China, to support local procurement for Japanese companies in the country and to export and sell high-quality and affordable products to Japan. We mainly sell special processed products based on customer drawings through "out-out." Additionally, we import JIS standard products (such as screws) and fastening-related components from Japan for stock sales, providing "made in Japan" products on a prompt delivery basis within China.
