Structure and Grinding Principle of Vertical Mills

We will introduce the structure and grinding principle of our "Vertical Mill." Raw materials fall onto a rotating table inside the mill and are transported to the outer circumference of the table by centrifugal force. At the outer circumference of the table, rollers pressurized by hydraulic cylinders are arranged, and the raw materials are crushed between the rollers and the table. Additionally, a fan installed at the rear of the mill introduces hot air from the outer circumference of the table, creating an airflow directed towards the separator at the top of the mill. The crushed raw materials are guided to the separator while being dried, and are classified into coarse powder and fine powder by the rotating classification blades. Coarse powder descends along the inner wall of the cone, falls onto the table, and is re-ground.
