The simulation analysis by Fuji Electric Industry calculates and outputs the temperature distribution, temperature history, power, etc., of the workpiece based on input conditions such as frequency and voltage selected from years of accumulated data. It conducts a comprehensive analysis of the quenching pattern, maximum temperature, internal temperature, coil lifespan, and more. After that, based on the simulation analysis results, we compare them with verification data from our in-house processing equipment, identifying issues that could not be discovered through simulation alone.
