Bacteria use protein stains as a nutrient source and proliferate. Since alcohol and sodium hypochlorite are not suitable for removing protein stains, alkaline cleaners (such as our product Soujisky) are appropriate.
After applying actual oil stains to a stainless steel plate and cleaning it with Soji-ski, alcohol, and hypochlorous acid water, verification using Warp Search showed that cleaning with Soji-ski demonstrated sufficient removal capability, while alcohol and hypochlorous acid water, which are not suitable for removing protein stains, were found to be almost ineffective in removal.
