Our company offers "Electrochemical Machining (ECM)" that achieves high-quality surface finishing. The features of our electrochemical equipment include the ability to dissolve specific areas of the workpiece at the atomic level using a pulsed low voltage as the electrolyte passes between the cathode and the workpiece. The amount of material removed is proportional to the current between the cathode with negative discharge and the component with positive discharge, generally removing about 0.01 to 0.25 mm.
