[Construction Case] Noise Control Measures for a Plastic Parts Factory

Soundproofing effect with a reduction of 7dB! Introducing case studies on noise control for high-voltage transformer equipment (cubicles).

We would like to introduce a case of noise control measures for high-voltage transformer facilities at a plastic parts manufacturing factory located in Gifu Prefecture. High-voltage transformer facilities used in factories generate a certain level of "hum" and "vibration." Although it is not as loud as the noise from engines or generators, consideration for nearby residents during late-night hours is necessary, which is why we received this request. As a countermeasure, we installed a soundproof wall measuring approximately 13 meters in width and 3 meters in height to prevent sound from leaking outside.
