SOTAC's panels are certified as non-combustible materials by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on the Building Standards Act. They are urethane sandwich panels with PIR (polyisocyanurate foam) foamed and matured between molded steel sheets. PIR has self-extinguishing properties. With an extremely low thermal conductivity (0.0185 kcal/mh℃), they possess excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing performance, good rigidity, and can be used as exterior and interior wall materials on their own. They are economical building materials that can be easily constructed in a short period. By preventing condensation and reducing heat loss, SOTAC's panels can lower air conditioning costs (running costs) and air conditioning equipment costs (initial costs) to about 60% of conventional levels over 10 years. Our panels have a sandwich structure with zinc-coated steel sheets of 0.4 to 0.6 mm (t) on both sides of the urethane foam. - Short construction period - Lightweight - Earthquake-resistant performance - Realization of smaller foundations - No scaffolding required during assembly - Energy-saving orientation SOTAC Co., Ltd.
