Simplification of the clarification and degassing process for HPLC mobile phase solvents.
The Solvback Filter Holder is used for the removal of contaminating particles from the mobile phase and for degassing. It can filter up to 4 liters of mobile phase solvent at once, eliminating the need to top up the filter funnel. After installing the Solvback Filter Holder in a vacuum container and connecting it to a vacuum source, filtration begins by placing the inlet tube into the solvent to be filtered. Made of durable polypropylene, it is compatible with common HPLC mobile phase solvents such as methanol, acetonitrile, and tetrahydrofuran. The surfaces of the filter holder that come into direct contact with the mobile phase are all made of polypropylene. Features ● Highly versatile design that fits most HPLC bottles, flasks, and containers ● Direct suction from HPLC solvent bottles ● Made of shatter-resistant plastic ● Patented magnetic sealing
