It is a non-oil general processing fluid (tapping oil) that is easy to use manually for drilling with a drill press, general lathes, hand taps, mist cutting, etc. It can be used similarly to conventional tapping oils and tapping pastes. Since it is made only from water-soluble components, post-processing such as cleaning and wiping is easy, and smoke and odor generation is reduced. Additionally, the excellent solid lubrication and thermal conductivity of nano-carbon reduce tool wear and extend tool life.
