It contains an active ingredient, Vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside, at a concentration of 0.07-0.11%. <Mechanism of Action> - The flavonoids contained in Cosmelean Hawthorn reduce congestion in capillaries and alleviate erythema. - By promoting blood flow, it enhances the oxygen levels in the skin, activating a constant process. <Efficacy> Reduces redness in the skin and brightens it.
