We would like to introduce the 'ST07A-S1W/YMO7A-SIW' that we handle. By adopting a slim XY stage and a slim swivel stage, we have achieved downsizing. The height has been reduced by 46mm (about 50%) compared to conventional models, and the use of a φ18mm transparent hole expands its applications.
