We conduct preliminary interviews to understand the background, challenges, and goals of the implementation, and if necessary, we also carry out store visits. Based on this, we plan customer service training that will yield effective results. Additionally, due to the labor shortage, there are cases where on-the-job training (OJT) by store managers cannot be conducted. In such situations, we offer a school-style program that can quickly equip inexperienced new staff or staff whose sales abilities are a concern with practical skills in just 60 minutes, without affecting the shift schedule.
