At Sanko Co., Ltd. Toyota Plant, many decisions were left to the discretion of the responsible personnel, resulting in production management tasks becoming highly dependent on individuals. On-site, there was anxiety due to the lack of visibility into schedules, and the fear of work stoppages led to frequent unnecessary arrangements and excess inventory. In response, we introduced "Asprova," achieving labor-saving and standardization of management tasks. Additionally, this has resulted in significant effects, such as a substantial reduction in inventory.
