Maintains the performance of the conventional series! Capacitive 6-axis force sensors capable of simultaneously detecting forces in six directions.
The "DynPick WEF-6A200-20-RCD-B" is a capacitive 6-axis force sensor that can simultaneously detect forces in six directions (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz). While maintaining the durability, reliability, and performance of the conventional WEF-6A series, the internal structure has been revised to increase Fx, Fy, Fz to 200N and Mx, My, Mz to 20Nm. This allows for a rated load ratio of translational force to moment of 10:1. This product expands the range of applications for force sensors, making it less likely for the sensor's moment to be exceeded even when small industrial robots operate at full power, and addressing processes that could not adopt the sensor due to moment rated load limitations. 【Features】 ■ Simple principle structure ■ IP65 compliant (waterproof and dustproof) ■ Built-in microcontroller eliminates the need for external modules ■ Built-in overload protection (Wako Tech's unique stopper mechanism) ■ CE marking compliant *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company's capacitive force sensor, DynPick, is a sensor that detects the six-axis components of force using capacitive elements arranged in the same plane. Unlike conventional force sensors, its simple structural principle allows for low cost, high reliability, and high performance. We expect it to be applied in various fields, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, assistive living robots, and medical welfare robots, which are anticipated to have significant market growth in the future. Despite being one of the most fundamental physical quantities, "force" sensors are currently not as widespread in the market compared to other sensors like optical sensors or temperature and humidity sensors. We are committed to advancing the adoption of force sensors in society, aiming for them to develop into familiar products.
