Wide-ranging possibilities for applications as wound materials, waterproof materials, drug-carrying materials, and formulation materials, etc.
We would like to introduce the application of nanofibers in healthcare. Professor Funakubo's group at Tokyo Denki University, Faculty of Science and Technology, is conducting research on the fabrication of artificial blood vessels and artificial organs in the field of regenerative medicine. The use of nanofibers in this research is considered advantageous for creating three-dimensional structures and serving as scaffold materials for cells. 【Examples of Applications】 ■ Artificial blood vessels ■ Artificial organs ■ Scaffold materials for cells *For more details, please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form. Company information
In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC. Eventually, they completed the "biological phenomenon recording device" that they had been developing alongside their maintenance work. This device is still in production today and is actively used in many hospitals across the country. Currently, they are developing inspection equipment for LCD and organic EL panels. They are challenging themselves to quickly and accurately respond to the diverse needs of users around the world with new technology development. Additionally, leveraging their long-standing achievements and technical expertise, they are expanding into cable television and high-speed internet communication business areas. They aspire to build a vibrant city suitable for a highly information-oriented society, fostering a community where people from various parts of the world can communicate.
